MODERN SANCTUARY IN THE HILLS

A modern masterpiece designed by renowned architect Swatt/Miers, is a beautiful sanctuary with a gorgeous view of greenery. This was a gorgeous spec home that we enjoyed working on from ground up. The all glass entry is grounded by a single large pivoting door of the same cedar that clads some of the exterior walls as well as the soaring ceiling in the main living space.

The floors are a beautiful Cote D'Azure Limestone and it enhances the dramatic Boffi kitchen includes two beautiful islands with solid 12ft Calcutta Lincoln countertops with a beveled edge detail. Hidden behind one of the kitchen cabinets, is a butlers pantry. The back drop for all of this is the glorious view to the back yard and California hillsides.
